Hobbies and what I like doing in my spare time: Genealogy, Fishing, Traveling, Swimming, Baseball, Basketball, Football, and enjoying life.

I enjoy spending time with my family and my friends. It seems like almost every summer we have some kind of family reunion or get together going on and I enjoy getting to see the family that the only time I ever talk to them is on Facebook, Email, or through a Christmas Card.

My history interests include: Civil War, World War II, and local history of the Four States.

I have done research of the Tri-State Mining District conducting Oral History Interviews of miners and their families around Picher, Oklahoma. I placed second at the Pittsburg State University 2013 Research Colloquium for my research on Picher, Oklahoma.  I have worked on research of the Nazi Concentration Camps before and during WWII. I completed Book Reviews of works related to Rudolf Hoess, Oskar Schindler, Herman Goering, Amon Goth, Buchenwald, Auschwitz, and Holocaust Denial. I am currently conducting research on the Indian Removals during the 19th Century and establishment of National Parks in the United States. My coursework for the Spring 2014 semester included Your Family in History and Industrial America with life in the Gilded Age. I covered Readings of the History of South, Civil War and Sectional Crisis, and Historiography/Historical Research during Fall 2014 Semester. I am currently enrolled in World War I, Readings of the Civil War, and Trends in World History for Spring 2015.

I am also very proud of being a descendant of the Cherokee and Delaware Tribes.

I love watching any sports, that have Arkansas Razorbacks or Oklahoma Sooners!!!
